Daniel Norton has represented injured clients in South Florida for twenty years and has obtained settlements and verdicts totaling millions of dollars. Mr. Norton specializes in the areas of personal injury and wrongful death in cases arising from automobile and truck accidents, premises liability, and products liability.
Daniel Norton is a Florida Bar Board Certified Civil Trial Attorney. Certification is the highest level of evaluation by The Florida Bar and is an accomplishment based on Mr. Norton’s extensive legal knowledge, skills and trial experience. Of Florida’s more than 80,000 attorneys, only about 4,200 are Board Certified.
Daniel began his legal career practicing in New Jersey and Pennsylvania before relocating to Florida in 1995. Originally from New Jersey, Daniel attended Bucknell University in Lewisburg, PA where he received his BA in Political Science and was the captain of the soccer team. He then continued to Rutgers University School of Law obtaining his Juris Doctor in 1992.
Daniel Norton is admitted to practice in all of the State Courts of Florida as well as The District Court for the Southern District of Florida and The District Court for the Middle District of Florida. Mr. Norton has also been admitted to both the New Jersey and Pennsylvania Bars.
Daniel Norton has been an active member of the Palm Beach County Bar Association, Martin County Bar Association, the South Palm Beach County Bar Association where he was the Head of the Civil Practice Committee, The Palm Beach County Justice Association , Florida Justice Association. And the American Association for Justice.
Mr. Norton enjoys spending time with his wife of twenty years and their children. When not working hard for his clients, Mr. Norton can be found at many baseball fields coaching, a passion he has kept up for over 22 years since his playing days ended.
